Terms of Use & Privacy Policy
Only registered participants from MSMEs in the six southern states (Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana) are eligible to attend.
Registration is mandatory for entry. Attendees must complete the registration process and receive confirmation to participate. Confirmation is sent to all registrants provided the contact information provided in the form is precise.
Only one participant per registration (form submission) can be done at a time. In case you want to register for more participants, please submit individual forms as appropriate. UPI Payments need to also follow the same procedure.
An event entry fees of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) has to be paid to participate in this event. Please remit this payment online. Refer to the registration form to access the payment feature. Should you face any difficulty, please get in touch with the LUB authorized executive.
In addition to making the online payment, users are encouraged to send an email to any LUB office bearer providing as much information as possible along with your transaction ID for us to map the payment with your registration. Information like Txn ID, banking name, etc.
Please note registration fees, once paid online, is not refundable.
Each registration is unique to the individual and is non-transferable. Substitute participants will not be allowed entry without prior approval from LUB.
Attendees must carry valid identification (such as a government-issued ID or company ID) for verification at the event entry. A copy of the registration confirmation email from LUB is also recommended.
LUB reserves the right to adjust the event schedule, including session timings, speakers, or topics, due to unforeseen circumstances.
Participants are expected to follow the event’s code of conduct. Disruptive behavior or non-compliance may result in removal from the event venue.
LUB reserves the right to photograph, videotape, and audio record parts of the event for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, participants consent to the use of these recordings.
LUB is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property at the event venue.
LUB will handle participant information according to applicable data privacy laws. Information may be used for event-related communications only.

Events & Fees: LUB India and other chapters across the country conduct business events regularly. Such events are either free, or requires a small fee to attend. Interested individuals, whether they are a LUB member or otherwise, are entitled to participate in such events by adhering to the event rules. All even registration information, fees information, attendance information and post-event activity information will be handled by the authorized event manager appointed by LUB. We will not share event information in part, or in full to any third party.
